My today workout focus on butt and legs
– Stretching and warm up with TRX + abs
– Squat for 4 x 8 at 40 kg |
– Lunge for 4 x 8 at 40 kg
– Hips abductor for 2x 20 ,2×15 at 40 kg
– Legpress for 2 x 12 at 80 kg
– Core Abs class.
Core abs class is really nice. You can workout for abs for 1 hour continuously. And I love relaxation music and stretching at the end of class. It’s real nice 🙂 Relaxing
I used steam room today. It work well to heal the painful after hard workout
