Second day of Sugar-Free Coffee

Since I set my goal on drinking sugar free coffee for 10 days.

Today is second day and I’ve not craved yet 😀

But what do  I try to avoid craving from less sugar intake? I eat fruit when I want something sweet instead of sugar. And Guava sound nice less sugar 🙂 

Try to set your goals and chase it

  1. Good for you! Black coffee is healthier, maybe after the ten days, if you decided to go back, you can have coffee with skimmed milk! The milk naturally has some sugar, so it won’t taste bitter but its still better for you than sugar! 🙂
