Get back to track, Tida!

It has been 5 days that I didn’t go to gym.

Here are my Excuses!

– Was so tired from period and was almost faint on Thursday.

– Need to take rest on Friday and started getting flu

– Had horrible flu on Sat/Sun and I had lightly exercise at home 🙂

– Met a friend on Monday and had big dinner just right away before gym time yeah I cannot workout.

Do I feel bad for these? Oh yeah a lot!

Here’s 12:19 AM in Bangkok. I need to get to bed at go to gym after work tomorrow!
